- This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and does not run analytics or third-party advertising scripts.
- The enquiry, appointment and careers forms collect only what you type (and, for careers, the CV you attach). The website itself does not store this data: it is delivered to the firm's email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service, and is subject to its privacy policy.
- CVs and career applications are used only to consider you for openings in the firm and are deleted on request.
- The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with the firm's number. Messages you send there are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
- A browser setting (session storage) is used only to remember that you accepted the disclaimer during your visit. It is cleared when you close the browser.
- The embedded Google Map is provided by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Use of information
Information you send us by email or phone is used only to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement is accepted, to provide professional services. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties except where required by law or by a regulatory authority.
Security
Email is not a fully secure medium. Please do not share passwords, OTPs, bank details or confidential documents through email or this website before an engagement is accepted and a secure method is agreed with the firm.
Your rights
You may ask the firm to correct or delete personal information you have shared with us, subject to retention required under applicable laws and professional standards, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
